The town home is available for weekly or monthly rentals for up to 5 guests. Typically, the weekly rentals will go from Saturday to Saturday, but we may be flexible on this depending on the surrounding bookings. Just give us a call, and we'll try to work with you.

Payments may be made by check, money order, or traveler's cheque. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Deposit: $600 non-refundable deposit to hold reservation, 100% due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit: $500
Optional Mid Week Maid Service: $80
Wireless High Speed Internet Access: $50/week
PAYMENTS – Payment must be made in full 30 days prior to check-in date. Make checks payable to Deborah C. Larkin. Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless all monies due are paid to Owner. Any checks returned to Owner’s bank will NOT be re-deposited. Guest will be notified of the amount to be sent which will include a $30.00 fee and will have 72 hours to replace the check with a money order or certified check or the reservation will be immediately cancelled. Security/Damage Deposits must be paid in cash, check, certified check, money order or traveler’s check. SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE PLACED ON A CREDIT CARD.
CANCELLATION POLICY – In the event of a cancellation, 20% of the gross rent will be charged if the Property is re-rented for the full amount. If the Property is not re-rented for the full amount, all monies received will be forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. If Guest has not checked-in within 24 hours of the arrival date, the reservation may be cancelled and all rental monies forfeited. Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of deposit and the cancellation policy will apply at that time. A non-refundable processing fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) is charged on each reservation. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of Owner.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – A security deposit of $500 is required to secure the faithful performance of Guest’s promises and duties contained herein. Security deposits received shall be held in rental account with earned interest, if any, credited to Owner. Security deposit is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs or damages or excessive housekeeping charges, if Property is not left as required.
